We strive to protect your private data. Therefore, we process your data according to legal requirements (DSGVO, TKG 2003). Here we provide you with the main aspects of how your data is processed in combination with our website.


Contacting us

When you contact us via contact form, your data is stored in order to process your inquiry or in case of further questions. We do not hand over your data to third parties without your permission.

Data storage

In order to fulfill our contract, the following data is stored: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, VAT-number. The data provided by you is mandatory for fulfillment of the contract or for precontractual measures. Without this data we cannot make a contract with you. We do not hand over your data to third parties, except for: the transport company that delivers our product to you, or our tax consultant in order to fulfill our tax duties, or the company servicing our webshop.

After canceling during an order of an opening purchase, you data is erased within one year. In case of contract closing, your data originating from the contractual relationship has to be stored at least until mandatory retention period(7 years) has expired. Your data (name, e-mail address, address, product and date of buying) are stored further on until time limit for product liability(10 years) has been reached. Data processing bases upon regulations § 96 Abs 3 TKG and DSGVO Art 6 Abs 1 lit a, lit b and lit f. Further on your data ist stored, in order to be able apply the pricing scheme shown in terms&conditions without time limit, until you demand your data to be erased. When using our webshop, your IP-address is stored and is subsequently deleted automatically after 60 days.

Your rights

As data subject you have the right to obatain information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and termination of further processing if the legimitate basis is a predominant legimitate interest of the controller or if the data is processed for archiving purposes, research purposes or statistical purposes. Lastly, you can complain to the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at) with regard to improper data processing..
